As to not upset the balance of the t8 wvw, we at ET who find themselves a bit outnumbered (thanks to some people jumping ship to t1 servers) are looking for some individual players who are tired of queues and like to roam / have fun in small fights. Now, we do not want any big guilds to come “save the day” and cause us to have pvdoor for several weeks, instead we are looking for the individual wvwers or players who want to come to a great server to learn and develop in.

A few wvwers during the US offpeak hours would also be wonderful to get us back in sync with SF.

We at ET have a friendly community both PvE & WvW (not sure about the sPvP though, i only played 37 games and then didn’t enter any map again…gets boring and repetitive IMO)

When asking for help anywhere you will always be answered (very well) no matter the question.

PvE – We have many PvErs (around 1/2 the population maybe?) And you will always find LFGs/Lfms being flung around everywhere, so it wont be hard to find dungeons.
Our starter zones are well populated, although could be better which after 28jan patch hopefully the dailies will have people going to these zones for better incentives.

WvWvW – We have a good population for wvw, but could be better, hence this thread. We are always outnumbered and instead of zerging (we rarely zerg, unless ZvZ/ZvZvZ) we use scouting information and compile that into tactics we can use against our enemy. We have excellent commanders who know the battlefield very well, who also wont bark orders or insult you for doing the wrong thing.
Being outnumbered has its perks, you toughen up, you begin using tactics, using terrain to your advantage and you learn how to kill 30+ zergs either solo or duo.

ET is a friendly server that is in need of transfers without upsetting T8 balance, help us rebuild and restore ET…

Make us whole. (Erm…OK i have been playing dead space….)

Could not agree more. If you are looking for smaller group warfare where it feels like 1 or 2 people make a difference, then t7 and t8 are where you want to be. Most the servers wvw population are on the smaller side and usually more casual. Enjoying the fight and having fun. With hopefully little to no stress involved.

The downside being if you are a must win now, why are people so dumb type, you might not fit in here at all.

Yes, we need players that want to have fun playing WvW against the odds. Like roostapro said, it does toughen you up. This server is very good for roamers and there are guilds here (if you do not know how to wpvp) that will teach you in a friendly environment or even show you some tricks of the trade.

The server isn’t for players who want to “win now” instead we are focused on how many loot bags we can get or how many times we can wipe the bigger zerg :p

Also, I can’t stress enough how much this server is against the “come save the day attitude.” 95% of players on this server are very and are about the experience. Most of our “trolls” and players who really stressed about score left to t1-3 or SF (the winning server in our match up)

A friendly cross-server vouch for ET. These guys have been through hell and back, and have always been a solid, respectful bunch to play against. I’d be happy to see you all get a few more to help develop your server.

thanks for all the shout outs guys, much appreciated! if you are thinking of coming to this server you can always msg me or anyone else in the guild or even roostapro – it’s always a good idea to get a sense of the community before making any moves, but I honestly think it’s a great fit for players who hate queues and want a battle centered around tactics and not zergball

I approve of this thread. I hope the score on tier 8 doesn’t discourage anyone from moving, ET fight like beasts. You’ll be shocked to see some of the things they can pull off when they’re cornered. Much less when they’re fired up.
