1st place: Arborstone seems stable

2nd place: Ruins of Surmia seems stable

3rd place: Blacktide, winning current match by small margin

4th place: Vabbi, looks like they received the benefit of the free transfers.

5th place: Miller’s Sound, they are taking quite a beating from Gandara atm lol.

6th place: Dzagonur, losing current match by small margin

7th place: Whiteside Ridge, lost several guilds to other servers

8th place: Fissure of Woe, lost several guilds to Gandara and Vabbi

9th place: Underworld, lost several guilds to Gandara

I think any of my top 6 has a reasonable chance of winning the league. Vabbi remains untested outside tier 9 so they could win big or flop big against higher tiers. I think the more stable servers Blacktide, Arborstone, and Ruins of Surmia have a better chance at 1st place though. Miller’s Sound well let’s just say it better recover from the beating this week or else it’s less than 300 tickets for them. Dzagonur, while losing to Blacktide this week seems to still have a shot for top 3 in the bronze league but current performance indicates it will score closer to 5th or 6th.

Whiteside Ridge, Fissure of Woe, and Underworld have all suffered a lot because of the free transfers and they are likely to end up as the new tier 9 after the tournament.

On Arborstone, we strongly believe we can win this tournament. It would be a kind of revenge for us. This server was deserted by all its main WvW guilds last August.
We have worked hard to climb up to this level, and received some help from Augury Rock.

Miller and Surmia seem to be our main opponents.
I don’t understand what happened to Dzagonur. Fight is usually tough against them.
It is nice to see Vabbi is leaving the last rank. Blacktide seems to be stronger too.

I’m on Surmia our coverage is… not good we would be lucky to finish 3rd unless something drastic changes.

Sesbog, there is a post somewhere that League participants are decided based on reset at friday 28th.

It was only for transfer cost that reset 14th.

MS already have free transfers, but seems like almost nobody wants to transfer there.
Not much people went to bottom silver. I dont know why but its true.

I held Dzagonour as favorites before this weeks matchups. The only server I feared to face. But after this week matchup, I have to hold my home server as winners. Still have to see how Miller Sound is like, but from what I heard they are pretty much like Dzagonur, a big blob of players.

The table will end something like this:
1. Blacktide
2-3. Dzagonur, Millers Sound
4-5. Ruins of Surmia, Arbostone
6-7. Whiteside ridge, Vabbi
8. Fissure of woe
9. Underworld

Only thing that can mess this up is the Achivement Hunting Rally bots.

Due to Blacktide’s mad influx of guilds, I think that the pretty much secured their first place. Not sure about what’s happening with miller’s though.
None the less, it’s going to be a nice tournament, pretty much most of the top servers have a chance to win

Not as far as I know, the only influx of players we have is the reinstatement of TAZ pug raiding, which is working hard to bring more players into WvW

Miller’s will win the league, even with all their loses in the past weeks.

its between blacktide arborstone and ruins of surmia
blacktide is the new bandwagon server arborstone has gotten a few guilds from for ranik
and ros has some well oiled guilds that would fit in any tier and our militia is kicking in during the tournament wich we have been training for the last few weeks
bt is mostly off time coverage though last week we faced them during prime time we kicked them all around every border dont know if they gotten more guilds though

Well I am looking forward for week 2 when both German servers Dzag and Miller’s fight against each other and Ruins of Surmia fight against Blacktide. Would be epic. After that matchups anyone can predict the rankings.

BT bandwagon? Are you serious? Before season started 2 WVW guild left for upper tiers. And from my information your sever got many new players. Previous week BT win by small amount, and suddenly you got on WVW massive blobs on each border running 24h.

And tell me, your server has so big numbers, “great” guilds and still in Bronze League?
Silver is too much for ya? Or maybe you simply don’t wanna get into higher tiers, because here you have easy farm?

This seems to be a major problem for all servers with very high population yet very low wvw population you seem to seperate yourself as communities in a way its sort of an elitist attitude; I know RoF had the same problem. We changed this we advertised a community focusing on all aspects of the game using community teamspeak for all events and hosting fun community events and trainings for “pve achievement hunters” we got to know each other WvW guilds helped pve’rs will difficult world bosses that required numbers aswell as coordination (what wvw guilds have) and PvE’rs came to WvW tagged up and gave their efforts and numbers in return after 5 months of advertising and helping each others aspects and creating a friendly community for the whole server to enjoy… Look at us now a strong community that can do any PvE event and not bad in WvW either (go ahead say we got bandwagoned) truth is we all held an emergency meeting to decide whether to accept these guilds or not because we wasn’t sure we was ready for silver majority voted silver we accepted and honestly these guilds have settled in well with our community no elitist attitudes just more trainings and open mic events I strongly advise blacktide to take after these tactics your server has a lot of potential.. don’t waste it

Edit : If you really want to beat Dzag PPT wise you have to play defensively against their strong guild zergs like HON throughout the whole primetime they rarely defend though they do have excellent scouts and siege refreshers it seems so if you struggle with numbers play on BT border keep the upgrades until the night shift which is Dzag’s weakest time. Oh and try to run tightly stacked if you see BNF guys they tend to kill stragglers in your zerg if you aren’t careful :P

Regarding guild zergs, Dzagonur lost at least 2 guilds prior to league start, and since we did not have free transfers unlike Blacktide, we gained nothing (or, nearly, i think i saw some new faces, but not much) in exchange.

Our current score is mainly because the server as a whole works day and night to crush Bandwagontide and for once every single roamer i’ve seen is not (mainly) after fights but plays his part for the greater good of the server.

The whole server does a fantastic job so far and i’m really looking forward to see Miller the next week.

Blacktide is doing fairly well at the moment and so is Fissure of Woe which is still giving Vabbi some trouble even though Vabbi has a 90k lead. But Dzagonur and Vabbi could be saving their energy for reset now that their matches are basically over. They’ll have to fight with the winner of the hotly contested Tier 7 match.

Well, I think every server has its achiev. hunters. They had a big contribution to the the fact that RoS it’s so close to Millers and AS.

I forgot the number 1 rule of bandwagon : there is ALWAYS PvE achievement hunters trolling the server over…. or not.

There was a reason all non polish guilds left BT in the last 3 months (ie FAR before the free transfer).. and why even FRS and bandwagon coming there (and be serious, in Bronze FRS coming to a server is enough to bring it from “14444444444444443 levels under the abyss” to “we kitten you” (it comes with the huge lvl of personal skill coupled with 22/5-10 am presence when needed, like during Season)), they just hoped with all the others free transfert train, for a free win……,
i guess some of us are still there ruining the bandwagoon… pulling up 4 shifts a day, still doing what need to be done… still not surrender

Time willl tell but in a week we went from “overated kitten” to “we fight till the end… and we might finish first in a done from the start mathchup”, there is a reason for that (yes it’s BORD). I guess we can say RoS with no coverage, nothing to shine for is back :p

Not sure what all you’re trying to say here language barrier maybe. Bord is great but without the smaller and pug groups upgrading and defending home bl along with eb ros wouldn’t win… I’d call that a massive server group effort…I don’t see Bord running early am hours keeping our ppt up. I like Bord a lot but they can’t pressure enemy bl without others defending home… I’m just giving credit where credit is due and that is to the entire ros community. GG on week 1.

Ruins of Surmia wins week #1 in a close match. And right now the main contenders for 1st place in bronze leage are Ruins of Surmia, Dzagonur, Miller’s Sound, and Arborstone.

Blacktide and Vabbi seem to be fighting for 5th place or the last 300 tickets for a Mistforged Hero’s Weapon. Fissure of Woe, Whiteside Ridge, and Underworld will probably be 7th, 8th, and 9th.
