Is there currently a decently populated EU server that has no queue for WvW or atleast a small queue. Our guild is currently on Desolation which has horrible queue times at prime time and It’s getting beyond impossible to get all our members in the same borderlands.

Gunnars Hold has a near permanent queue on Eternal that can be 3 hours or more in the evenings, but the borderlands are pretty quiet, 2/3 had either no queue or a 5minute queue last night.

We’re far from the smallest server I believe so there should be servers around without Queues on the Borderlands.

Ruins of Surmia, we have great hardcore pvp guilds like BOON Control, Vengeance of the Fallen, Afterlife Gaming, KDS, Mystical Awakening, Infinita Virtus and much more. Queue in prime time mostly only on Eternals(~20-30 min), Borderlands haven’t queue or max 5-10 mins, only issue is low population early morning, so many times even if we won restart phase and next day prime time against heavy/full servers we often end up on the 2/3 place. But i don’t think this is a problem for ambitious WvW Guilds who is looking for challange.

Actually Ruins of Surmia has shown to have 2 hour queues to Eternal during primetime. Due to all oposition in the borderlands being wiped out quickly by organised guilds as thats the only places a guild can arrange an event that isnt ruined by half of the people sitting for hours in a queue.

Eternal on the other hand is usualy full with randoms in one gigantic PuG that thus dosnt have voice chat and cant organize as well wich means Eternal is the only zone that has something left to capture as a non organiced PuG isnt that effective.

So what happens? When borderlands are wiped everyone tried to get into Eternal cus thats the only place the enemy is still putting up a fight and its impossible due to hours upon hours of queue.

The number one issue they need to fix in this game is the Queue.

That’s not too bad for borderlands but is it like that most nights or was it just that specific night?

You are on Desolation, so pretty much every server apart from Far Shievepeaks, Gandara and Gunnars hold will be better. ALL servers have queus atm, even the smallest in prime time. Question is how long – from 30 minutes to EB, to 4 hours in prime time on populated servers. Borderlands are usually easier to get in.
