sorry, a bit late in asking about this. not sure if it’s asked already.

from update note : “The Experience bar for under-80 characters in WvW has been replaced by the WXP bar”

does this mean the under-80 characters will no longer level up in WvW ? or is it just the bar replacement ?

You don’t level up but you get experience scrolls like in spvp that you use to level up, you get tons of them, so many that you probably level quicker than before anyway.
