Guild Wars 2

Just spend 3 hours in NA T2,

a lot of fights around SMC,

non-stop.

In fact, it is still the most fun place in the game when compared to Auric Basin, Silver Waste, Edge of the Mist and the Desert borderlands.

Many players probably just need a break from the pre HOT style of playing.

I didn’t play in Enteral Battleground for a while and for whatever the reasons, I enjoyed it tonight.

I moved to low tier(vabbi) after hot because i figured EB would be nice for roaming. And actually it is, blobs arent that big, lots of solo/small party roamers, and i am having good times there. The borderlands are pretty much ignored and if i go there i find literly nothing but npc’s

You’re talking one aspect of WvW. Roaming took a hit from HoT balance patch. Zergs got kittened by the HoT balance patch and stab changes. Objective claimers got kittened by the guild hall system and auto upgrades.

Yea just what this game mode needs. More people to move to EoTM.

Removing EoTM and maybe you will get more players into WvW. As long as EoTM is here I don’t see populations every getting fixed.

There are even roaming EoTM videos popping up now of players farming uplevels in outnumbered fights and they think they are actually good roamers.. EoTM is what has turned this game mode and some players into a brainless k-trainers if you ask me..

That’s a good point man, it’s probably what they all want us to do secretly. Just give up and mindless spam 1 in eotm. The eotm roaming videos are a joke mixed with Korean rock music that sounds like a 12 year old school girl talking really fast and some dork playing mesmer with extreme close ups with something called senpie or senpork.

I’m not sure what tier you are in but I would suggest T5/T6 for roaming if you play early/mid day NA. Outside of prime time there are, or were, lots of roamers and small scale fighting mostly in EBG. BL’s used to have roamers before HoT but when I used to roam down there I mainly roamed in EBG as the BL’s were sometimes just as empty as the new ones are. The zergs do come out to play around prime time though but you can still roam around and find others doing the same thing..

Since I moved to t1 I do miss the roaming but really I’m starting to see them more the more I play. I may even have to mastermind a new roaming build soon and venture out solo again lol. They too have players that like to duel outside of SM but it is just a lot harder because they usually have some sort of zergs running around the maps. I really didn’t like it much when I first came here cause I grew out of the 1 spam a long time ago but in a way I’m starting to actually have some fun again.

Not sure if it is still the same down there now but I do still have friends and followers down there and when I check my lists they are usually online and in wvw..

We roam and skirmish in T1 on EBG and love it. There seems to be tons of pickup fights and roaming to be had.
