Guild Wars 2

Okay so this happened to me once and i didnt think much of it, but now its back.
The counter on the left (Rank and Abilities, the blue circle that tell you how much points you have stored) has turned into an exclamation mark.

It seems to have been turned into the same after going through the 99 number.
Is this just cause it cant show 3 digit numbers on the right, or am i in danger of ranking up in vain (as in you cant store no more and im not getting any points when i rank up)???

Anyone?
Cmon noone had 100 stored points at some point?

I had 125 points saved up and they worked fine when I dumped them all into the Guard line to get the leeching buff
