Guild Wars 2

I’m confused as to why there is no clarity on the new expansion. There’s a new WvW map do you have to buy the expansion to play on it? If so WvW would be kittened and population on servers would be so messed up. GvG do you need the expansion to get a guild hall? I youtubed things googled and used the search bar here I cant find anything. If anybody knows please post. Sorry if it’s been said.

lol no you won’t have to buy HoT to play on a new map. Anet already stated that, but even if they hadn’t, this isn’t a point to worry about because they aren’t going to do that at all. It’s replacing the borderland map.

As for the whole guild hall/arena thing. I don’t think they’ve said on that. also search here is essentially broken
