True FA is bringing more guilds in there server soon they will be more stacked then those T1 servers, you guys from FA want a taste of T1 like YBs.there is nothing wrong aiming higher problem is when its going to happen you guys been trying hard since 2011.
Right now no server can crack T1 since YB came back to life. If BG/JQ or YB/BG ganged up on the third server or if YBs player surge falters for 3+ weeks it could happen.
Unfortunately for FA, BG and YB would likely make any server coming into T1 a beat down experience. The population of both servers is running pretty heavy. Even JQ is fielding a map Q during NA Prime but cannot keep up with the numbers at least this week.

FA just likes to have fun. If we goto Tier 1 cool, if we don’t cool. FA having more people is silly in my opinion. Usually we are outnumbered by SoS when we do Rally.
Only reason why our numbers are doing better is that we fight better, No one is doing the BLs anymore and during primetime NA we most likely are close to Queue on EB for all 3 servers.
Plus a lot of people are trying to get their Elites.
Lol FA T1 push!?!? half the reason FA is winning PPT is cause we have people who are actually going into the BLs and flipping things. There are several guilds I know here who are barley phoning in wvw participation since HoT (my guild) cause YAY PVE AND TERRIBAD WVW CHANGES!!
No ones pushing for T1, that takes weeks of hard hard HARD push, don’t you remember what YB did to you T2 kiddies? does it seem even a little bit like FA is doing the same??……….no…..

Sad as it sounds, last week or two DK – pve + RL. This week DK – wvw. I know people make fun of DK, but he is the one with the maxed out friends list and does a massive call to arms (like the map shouts in LA of days gone by). Those call to arms work for the Pvx crowd…..

Not sure why players make fun of DK as he is a very good pug-mander and does rally a lot of players. He also wins a lot of open field fights. Having been on a half dozen servers I find him to be a very good commander overall.
As for YB being open, not sure of their algorithm but I am guessing it is based on last weeks numbers. YB’s population could falter again but it would still take weeks to fall as I mentioned above.

I think mid week last week was when bg/TC/YB went open for a bit. It isn’t supposed to adjust so fast, this could still be pre hot / post hot (400 HP for elite) residuals where wvw was pretty barren… NA prime has been fun for the last 7-10 days, before that we would simply give up because there was little to fight until the west coast started hitting prime….
Hmm, FA NA prime EB is queued, probably the same for TC and SoS. The BLs are mostly empty with only a few roamers. The only reason why players go to EB is for fights and the only reason why players don’t move to the BLs is because so many players DC so the que cycles in minutes instead of hours.

You do realize that its gonna take atleast a month to close the 100+ rating points with 150-200k+ victories in T2, right? In other words, the chances of a change in T1/2 matchups is almost negligible as it stands now.

Again not sure why this would be. He is a very good pug-mander. Not many commanders can rally pugs like that. The ones that can, consistently win with zergs which isn’t easy especially in T1 which is full of good sized GvG guilds. I have respect for commanders willing to tag up and lead pugs… it is one of the most difficult and often frustrating commanding efforts.
I have only seen a handful of commanders across a half dozen servers that can do that. The best was probably Dtc when he was on BP. He could rally a zerg and make it fight like an organized guild. You will be remembered PINK ARMY!

Well, I think it has to do with the cynicism towards WvW, that nobody could possibly devote the time to what some may consider a futile activity. But hey, that’s how you accomplish anything and as long as someone is happy, I think there’s no point in being bitter. Perhaps a bit of envy wondering how the game mode continues to endure in the minds of many, which is encouraging at least to me.
The other reason is, from my observations, is that there should be quite a few individuals in the first four tiers that have some repressed memory of being rained on by a seemingly infinite amount of arrow carts, and for some reason this whole thing counts as a trigger regarding the server’s stereotype. Now this individual may not have actually placed said arrow carts, but nobody said hate was ever rational. It is certainly not my place to decide to decide what a person and a piece of siege do in their spare time because it is a perfectly legitimate style of play, but people have their own reservations. And what could I say, when there’s obviously been clear results of success without sounding salty myself?

Back on to the original topic…. It will be interesting to see if down the road 4-5-6 weeks some shuffling doesn’t occur naturally. Some servers have seem to taken to wvw post HOT while others not so much…… We have had some really fun nights with all 3 servers represented well and other nights crickets…..

Nah. More like players got tired of devoting that amount of time. Dtc was mentioned here in this thread. The guy got tired of it and retired from pugmanding by transferring to another server where he was a relative unknown, as many have before him.
