Guild Wars 2

As of last night 11:36pm, server time, I have finally finished my meta-achievements for WvW Season 1, YADA! Just wanted to share since it was such a long grind haha, was such a fun experience though. Back to more WvWing!

You are late mate, I finished mine within 2 days.

Well done tho, you still 1 of the fastest ones. I was the fastest one in my guild, but only by a couple of hours :p. Shame I couldn’t play friday and saturday or I would have been way quicker.

Many of my guildies finished monday morning. Comical because some are concerned about numbers being high and we have 2 months yet this took 2 days.

One of my officers finished some time in the early morning fog of Monday, I swear he has his fingers permanently attached to that keyboard. Can only hope the Achievement Hunters finish in a timely fashion and go back to Orr or Twilight Arbor or Fissure of Woe or wherever it is that they farm nowadays.

I saw reports of people getting their keys early this week, and I was surprised that people had completed it so quickly. But then I realized a most of them were on lower tier servers. In Tier 1, I don’t think it was possible to complete 3-4 of them, and “WvW Dawn of the Season” is bugged so you can’t complete it.

So glad we have 7 weeks to do this one.

Biggest problem in completing it is actually getting into wvw in the first place.

I’m done….with this game.

Finished mine two days back. Ive got 15/19 to get the meta achievement done. Of the last 4, I’ll complete 3 of them probably today. The last one, Mists Merc Camp Vanquisher, I will not complete. It is a serious waste of time and I couldn’t bring myself to do that to my server and waste map cap doing it.

HAH I wish …. FOW was actually fun. Especially when you’d get 2 to 4 groups aggroing on you with Chaos Storms or Meteors

At 11/15 and only have 10 Keeps, 5 Castles, and the really grindy ones left. I’m glad I did as much as I did last week, because this week we are dominating so hard I feel like a bully just entering the map.

Hey! Who says we can’t be useful for WvW while being any of those?
And if anything, the company is to blame for putting those meta-achievements in WvW in the first place. Just like a poster above said, the problem is that you have to go in WvW first for these rewards.
