I have been having so much fun with PVE I’ve not done WvW yet. I decided why not let’s give it a shot today. HATED IT WITH A PASSION. No balance whatsoever. constant bullkitten with one color monopoly. What is the point of doing this kitten part of the game seriously?

It’s actually extremely fun, unfortunately some server matchups cause it to be really kitteny for the losing team.

However, even losing, if you have a good number of people (say 20) you can still have some fun capturing supply points and killing yaks and whatnot, if you can get all of them to work together.

Its fun for some. Not so fun for others. Same goes for PVE and sPvP. To each their own. I am glad there is varity to choose from.

It’s called GUILD wars for a reason. Go in with a guild and it’s a blast.

So if your not on the color that has the monopoly is there nothing to do but pray you get enough players to even stand a chance? I’ve never wanted to rage quit until today. there should be some kind of mechanic to hinder one server from sweeping the whole kitten board without some soft of serious challenge on their part….

I doubt very sincerely I need the mirror when I asked my colored team if this was fun not being able to get off home base and there was a resounding ‘no’

WvW obviously isn’t for you. Please avoid kittening in /team and move along.

As others have said, if you’re not stepping on that battlefield with a guild, you’re not going to have much fun.
Good intel and strategy will trump numbers (to an extent). Some of the best fun I’ve had in WvW is when we’re outnumbered and have to come up with clever guerrilla tactics.

Actually, you can have tons a fun solo in WvW. This is one of the most friendly solo play games out there. Just pick the size of group you want to hang with and follow them around. Helps to have a super fast class like warrior or thief.

I will agree, soloing is fun if you stick with groups, or act as a scout. Though it’s funner with your guild.

Its called WvW… Stop adding extra kitten. All these wasted vW’s are helping kill this planet
