As the blog says, the siege disabler is the ‘first of’, so it looks like they have more of these terrible ideas in the pipeline.

Golem mastery wasn’t needed, just makes something that was OP even more OP. The funniest bit is the bubble now giving healing to allies- great news for the attackers, who can now stand off and take turns healing whilst using their omegas to destroy the gates whilst their team mates permanently shut down defensive siege using the new ‘trick’.

Hopefully tomorrow they might actually announce something decent for wvw. i won’t hold my breath, I’m betting tomorrow will be all about the ‘fantastic, exciting’ opportunity to spend piles of cash on different colour badges.

I’m pretty sure they’ve had this Trick and Golem Mastery ready to ship for the last year or more. The vendor (put in 15 months ago) wasn’t called Traps and Tricks Outfitter by accident.

They just keep these stored away so they can release 1 each feature patch and claim to still be developing the game, rather than having literally nothing to add in a “Feature Patch”.

Yeah….. first the pop the bloodlust junk into the lake….then they give us 300 gold per color commander tags… and some siege disabler traps and golem mastery…. Really? I just do not understand how Anet plays WvW (and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they actually do play wvw) and comes up with THESE ideas as if they are good ideas.

Just astounding….
