It’s ridiculous. random 10 second lags and periodic disconnects. It is specific to DB BL. And of course it came with the more resent game updates.

Played 2 hours this morning and got 5 disconnects and many lag spikes on DB BL. This seems to be the standard now for this game. Ruined several nice fights. And why is the DB BL always showing as queued when it’s not. A fix needs to be patched.
