Fix the DBL Legendary guards
What does it make if you are spawn camped at the gate or 1200 units outside of the gate? You still have a huge invulnerable area, and you still have other exits including 3 other maps to choose from.

What he tries to say is the DBL guards just look at enemies coming to close thinking "wut’. Where as ABL guards will 1 shot them.

No they won’t. They changed it so that you get teleported away should you go over a certain threshold so the guards don’t kill you anymore.
All we wanted was a GvG.
remove the guards. problem solved.
if anet tries to fix this they’ll probably screw somethin worse up in the process given their track record. and they’ll blame this on delays on more important bug/game fixes

Even DBL guards are too bored to play on DBL.
Why they dont just change them all to perplexity ghost thieves I dont know. People going up to enemy spawn, then bam 10,000 confusion damage/s while being locked down for 10s. If they kill you, an NPC appear and start jumping on you then vanish again. If anyone attack the thief while its jumping it will shadowstep and backstab 5 people around him for 50K damage while turning that guy to stone for 3 minutes so he can think about what he just did.

This gate don’t have a invulnerable area, otherwise he wouldn’t be dead where he is.
Also, this map only have 2 exits (not 3). Allowing spawn camp in a map that people already despite isn’t a good deal.

This gate don’t have a invulnerable area, otherwise he wouldn’t be dead where he is.
Also, this map only have 2 exits (not 3). Allowing spawn camp in a map that people already despite isn’t a good deal.
Does that change the fact that he still has a huge invuln area behind the gate? It’s not like he is insta dying as soon as he respawns. There is nothing forcing him to go out that gate when he has 10 other gates to choose from (not counting any wp’s they might have).
If he insists on using that gate then he should group up with some other players and wipe the group outside of spawn. His group has every advantage in that fight.
They are right next to spawn, they are able to duck in and out of an invulnerable area when they are in danger, anyone they full kill has a way longer distance to run to get back to the fight.
