This is directed at Anet, i’d like to know if this is how you intended it? It seems very much like Warhammer’s failing grace, if a grace can be said. I understand like on my server it’s not a huge issue, but that being said. There needs to be more incentive to WvW than farming medals,karma and exp. We need a carrot that makes the WvW character better. You played Daoc…I know you can’t “rip anything off” but… The schematic is there, make it work!

what else do you want? exotics? oh you get those with badges of honor, i dont feel the need of more stuff from wvw.

may be influence gain to the guild holding x stuff depending on the size of the structure.

But what else do you want? you practicaly get everything from wvw.

i agree that would like to see a reward system like daoc. for those that dont know its not armor. armor is always a bad idea, plus it get replace by better or new armor anyways.

as for flipping i havent seen this. i know what your talking about from warhammer but in GW2 its been a constant standoff attack against actual enemy players, stuff that has been taken alsway seems to have alot of defenders staying aswell. for the most part ppl seem to be going to teh hot spots where the enemy PLAYERs are

You get rewards for defending as well, so I don’t understand the OP’s argument.
