Just an idea, I admit I know nothing about how it would be done technically,

What if Anet made an instance that any 5-man from any server could join where they could all pvp with their WvW gear and set-ups? They could use the BL maps (just make it so towers and other objectives can’t be taken). Teams randomly spawn from the current spawn points. They have the same invulnerability until they leave the area through the various exits. All 5 mans are against everyone else, so even teams from the same server would be against each other. Maybe put a cap of 15-20 teams before a que forms. This just seems like an easy way to satisfy the niche group of people that are interested in fighting other people more than taking objectives. I am sure refinements could be made to this idea just please don’t dismiss this because there is currently SPVP, many WvW players like the variety of their WvW gear and don’t enjoy SPVP.

I actually like the idea of something like this. I hate going up against zergs and usually roam alone or with a few friends. I hate spvp because the maps are so small and you’re extremely limited in how you can customize yourself and I like using weird builds and I can’t use any of them in spvp. I don’t really mind the tower capturing and stuff. I would actually like that to stay. its kinda fun grabbing one by myself for the challenge.

Ya, I was just thinking with 15-20 5mans they would have to have the same number of colors to show ownership so I just thought it would be simpler to keep them neutral.
