Now that Fulgurite is account bound and required for Ascended item crafting of the new stat combos, when are WvW mobs or level up chests going to start dropping the component parts like they do for Bloodstone, etc?f

ANet wants everyone to grind the new HoT PvE maps and masteries, so why should these things drop in other places?

Could just as well make fulgurites tradeable again if they could be obtained everywhere by anyone.

Probably better off using the forge to swap the stats rather than crafting these new stats from scratch.
