And it doesnt work, as expected. Saw them the other day on an enemy garrison. They did nothing.

They show on the doors even if the tower or keep isn’t claimed. No idea what guild upgrade is needed for that, but i doubt that many guilds are far enough with the upgrades.

If I remember right from the beta tests, the annoying thing about them was that they couldn’t be destroyed. There damage wasn’t too strong, but it’s still continuous damage that you can’t stop except with, I think, projectile blocks.
