Nice to see the general consensus about riverside, it’s very well earnt

Once upon a time you guys use to rival kodash as a organised fighting force but you chose to go down the other route instead which is a shame… and all this server reputation is because of that, because of your choices and style/preference for siege warfare, bunkering and blobbing.

I miss guilds like Ferox gaming who use to come out and play…

Good luck Gandara on staying in this tier… we might not always see eye to eye but I respect your spreading style and play for fun attitude backed up with a bit of roleplay now and then. If abbadon’s mouth style is anything like riversides… then ironically Gandara will be the ultimate winners of this week’s matchup

We’re counting on it At least I am, so far it’s looking good. I think AG has only one guild our size and riverside has dw if they only have half their members on. Not a lot of good fights to be had in this matchup. Wishing CL the best of luck in gunnar’s hold, think they’re making the right decision there. Hoping the next two opponents won’t make me jealous of them.

Dunno why were not running into guilds like you, yak, dius etc. more often.
Often we are solo-roaming all night, only encountering zerg after zerg without a single gvg clash.

Congratulations Riverside (those were the hardest words to type this entire week), after a week in which AG dominated for 5 days, you took your undeserved victory in the last two days where you had you holidays. I did not enter WvW for more than 20 minutes today, I’m way too frustrated.

I’m a competetive player and when a server with a playstyle like Riverside’s steals the victory from us because they have the luck of having holidays that account to the entire server, I just cannot enjoy the final moments of the matchup anymore. I’ve been on your borderlands a lot this week and I must say that those were some proper bunkers. I hope you enjoy your AC, wallhugging playstyle and that you can find pride in using it, because it causes resentment at the opponents.

On the other hand we, AG, did this loss to ourselves somewhat aswell. Many players and guilds though it would be wiser to focus Gandara as the ‘easy’ target and the target to push out of the tier. I personally will very very much regret it if Gandara gets pushed out.

Let’s see if next week we can finally bring those pesky Riversiders down and steal their green part of the map, god I would love that more than anything that could happen in this game, I would trade a dozen precursors for it.

Best of luck to Gandara in the final moments of this matchup, while I hope for ourselves that you will stay here so we can have nice fights etc. , I also think you guys deserve to fight two decent opponents which you might find with Miller’s sound and Far Shiverpeaks.

OK … if we had united with Gandara to beat you … it would be ok to say something like that … but blaming us for playing because we have a free day off … thats ridiculous.

Ok … i understand that it is frustrating … but what should we do? To forbit the people to join WvW?

its sad that people dont go with the general mindset of taking things as they are. instead you see the same 4 guys from aurora complaning every day about things they cannot change.
if there nobody is interessed in GvG than let it be like that.
if people constandly blob than deal with it.
if people know how good they are and have no reason to challange themself by fighting a melee blob of 20 guys than let it be.

all i have seen the last weeks from your “rs kitten pro guild” is guardian and warrior stacking. The only guild i have respect of is VII. They played atleast a mix of class where you saw the mesmer beaing the fokus of the strategie because the guildleader knows best about his own class

for me, i find i kinda boring fighting the invis boonduration Warri/Guard zerg with gather for water field. Its kittentupid and its one of the reasons boon duration will be nerved in the future

@Pheppo: I would never want to ask you to do such things. I hope you can just understand that under normal circumstances we would have won this week and due to sheer luck of time RS has managed to steal this victory from us.

@General Ragefist: When I’m speaking about [WvW], we have not encountered you without loads of pugs hugging your tail and therefore I think you cannot judge about the classes we roll. I know this accounts for other guilds on AG who I will not call by names. Pretty much all guilds on AG spread out their professions and if you get wiped by their hammer train (Which you probably also have as a part of your setup) then that doesn’t mean they only run Guardians and Warriors. Cheers.

Finally it doesnt really matter if AG or RS or Gandara is #1 in he current bracket.
I simply used the last 2 free days to make about 15 lvl with my mercyless thief
(which – i have to admit – is currently not the best thief on the map ^^)
And for this … the karma/exp-train the last two days was perfect.

i dont want to personally offend anyone – but anyone who can totally agree with that part must sure be ignorant.

-when there is defensive siege build in RS keeps and towers – then those are “omfg BUNKERZ!!!!”
-when there is defensive siege in other server’s keeps – then those servers are sure fighting OPEN FIELD all day long and never ever retreat into said structures

while i know how much you guys treasure your 20-30 man guild raids, once you come to this forums you make complete fools out of yourselfs when comparing your 3-4 hour organized raids with a whole server’s actions over 24/7.

espeacially making up stupid prejudices about RS or “germans” in general, just because you are not familiar with the nation that has been “the bad guy” in history and its mentality. anyway that’s going offtopic.

shouldn’t we all have fun playing the game?
it sure is always fun to see 30ppl+ nightraids of certain AG guilds during off-peak hours (let say very early morning) every day and in the evening “blobs” of up to 50 or 60 ppl of certain guilds that afterwards have the guts to say “we were only 30 ppl outnumbered by 300” [those who dont get this part – ignore it, you’re better off with that]

infact, the server with best coverage 24/7 will usually make most of the points in a matchup
i dont know how you define “victory” – i dont feel victorious just because we [RS] made most points this week – i couldn’t care less.
i’m actually happy we managed to push gandara to a point where we could get a new server into the matchup – it’s going to be an interesting week – i can’t even say “sorry gandarians” because they had their chance in maintaining bracket but seems like they didn’t want to fight until the last minute

After weeks of AG and some other servers I must say…
These were the worst WvW weeks of my life.
Somehow, AG obviously teams up with the other world, against Gandara. It was obvious with BB and now with RS. 70% of my WvW time, I’m in EB, and we barely could attack anything. The RS blob was always attack Melon’s, while The AG blob had their eyes on OrangeWatch and Pangloss. On rare occasion RS was actually taking some AG towers, or AG was attacking SM.

Also both of you are highly siege addictive. RS attacked an unupgraded Overlook with 7 golems. If there are no golems, there useally are 3-5 superior rams.

Call me a whiner, call me a QQer, I don’t care, I’m saying my opinion, and how I lost all my respect for you, I’m glad I don’t have to fight you anymore and I can finally have fair fights again.

another possibility would be: your playstyle is really annoying and we want to pay you back. there is nothing wrong with your playstyle, its all allowed and stuff, its just hell of annoying.
and stop talking about siege addictives, if youre a casual player you usually dont see the point in using superior siege but when you actually play a lot of wvw you should know why, especially with the new 30 seconds no white crosses.
also 7 golems… trolol, play in the upper brackets for a bit, you might get to see 30+ golems at 1 gate
and yeah im also glad i dont have to fight your annoying playstyle anymore.

To be honest, i personally would have like to keep you guys in our tier. gandara actually made the weeks more fun. I’m sorry you feel this way, just wanna say had good times fighting your server!

I play WvW often, and using a ton of superior siege simply is a way to bypass everything, and just take the tower or keep without even daring to fight.
