At the last tier the situation is very unbalanced, on 1 side you have a german server almost all the time and then you have RoS and FoW.
Now what happens is when german server rotates up and another rotates down, there are certain guilds and just random people who transfer from the server who went up a tier to the german server on the lowest tier just so they can steamroll us.
So far these are the guilds I can confirm or partially confirm that have been transferring servers and i’ve seen them all the time.
1) Düsteres Schicksall (Düsi) —> I’ve seen them all the time in drakkar lake and I’m seeing them again in dzago.
2) Vermächtness -> I saw the in Dzago before then I saw them the first 3 days of WvW in Drakkar lake and some off an off again sometimes, and now I’m seeing them again in Dzagonur.
3) [JUMP] being one of the guilds that server jumps was mentioned, i can’t personally confirm this as this was mentioned by someone else, but I can say that I have seen that tag before.
4) There is a LdF – Legion der Finsterniss on Drakkar and a HdF – Helden der Finsterniss. It might be that they got 2 guilds on those both servers to cover their tracks.
I might be saying this because I’m the victim but I find that kind of behavior very immature and not fun for us and for the ones who are actually serious about WvW in the german servers. I would like ANet to confirm that they have been transferring (can they do that ? I really hope they can) servers and then either lock their ability to transfer server permanently or block them from WvW, either one of those would suit me as banning is a bit harsh even for those immature people (ofcourse only the ones who have been transferring servers as the others have done nothing wrong, except for several commanders camping our Jumping puzzle with 20+ warriors with rifles >_>).

This isnt just happening there, it is also happening on NA servers where people will transfer across to enemy servers, then camp out, taking spots from others and giving their “home” server an advantage.
Unfortunately this will only stop once Anet believes the servers are balanced (which I doubt will happen anytime soon) and they put the paid transfers in place.
Düsteres Schicksal is a Zerg/Trash Guild from Age of Conan, they pretty much did use exploits there too no wonder their name pops up again. Btw you may put Elona Reach on the list whoever fights them this week will see a similar tactics.

It’s not that they are transferring to assist their home server, they are moving to stay as the permanent steamroll.
The bottom tier is Fissure of Woe, Ruins of Surmia + another. It was initially Dzagonur, they steamrolled the 2 low pop servers and got bumped up a tier. Drakkar Lake became their replacment as the 3rd server, and several guilds from Dzagonur moved back down to Drakkar so they could remain in the low tier. Steamroll occurs, Drakkar goes up and Dzag comes back down, the guilds move again.
Server transfers to permanently remain dominant in the lower tier against the smaller servers.
And it’s not bad enough that they have superior numbers compared to ours, but when we went to FoW borders and took hills. We made a through search for anyone left behind.
I make sure to watch the map every minute, and I noticed that hills was completely fine, not even the white swords behind it. And just about 1 minute later, hills is already gone…
I can’t prove that they’re hackers but it takes at least a while to take down the lord or even the inner gate or they would have had huge numbers, which is impossible cause 20-30 are attacking bluelake, even more are defending garrison and and another 20 are botting in the water.
Update: We took hills again, had to let Garrison go

Edit: I looked around, there were NO rams, there no rams of them on any gates.

I was just pointing out another abuse of the feature. But yeah, the situation wont be resolved until Anet put the price back on transfers
Personally, I hope Anet spring it on us when they do, not giving us warning. That way the idiots who abuse the feature like the German boosters and spot campers will be stuck on those servers, having to pay to go back
Someone on the Server mentioned that [JUMP] is also a server jumping guild.
Someone from SIEBEN is currently under our keep on Kodash borderlands killing all our siege and attacking the keeplord, obviously a hacker.
This isn’t anything specific to German servers, it’s a wide-spread issue.
These free server transfers have to end.
Shut up and take our money ANet, sooner rather than later.
To ensure people still play will their friends, give every new account a 2 week grace period for free server transfers before locking them in.
Don’t know why everyone keeps saying that making the server transfer cost gems is the only solution to this. Until they have the guesting system implemented, they should simply not allow anyone to enter WvW for X days after changing servers (where X may be something like 7 or 14 days). Because then you’re not impacting the non-WvW-player’s experience. I was a bit disappointed anyway after seeing that Anet went for the 24-hour-limit on server changes instead of a 24-hour-WvW lockout, if WvW was the only reason anyway…
I came in here expecting to get godwin’d. Leaving disappointed.
