Get rid of objective capture messages!
lol NO do not get rid of them. If you’re a commander or close enough to it that knowing what’s going on in the map is useful then these messages are very much wanted. However… make the messages smaller, or even just in the message box would be good. They definitely don’t need to take up as much of the screen as they do!
At least an option to turn them off would be good for those of us who really don’t care about PPT. I’m there for fights and once again a PPT thing is messing with my ability to fight.
An option would be hmm, loved in the future. But I NEED THOSE OBJECTIVE MESSAGES! but to get rid of them, Nope.
These messages are important and should stay, but I agree there should be an option to have them only show in the chat log instead of in the middle of the screen.

definitely agree that an option to turn them off is a very good idea. I run very high res on a big screen so they don’t get in my way but definitely for some people these are a nasty pain.
As I said in another post on this topic you can turn them off but it will also turn off the chat message as well. Uncheck wvw in your chat box options and the pop up messages go away too.
Please Please option to turn them off or put in chat. Blocked my view WAY to many times while in heavy fighting!
Please get rid of that kitten popup in the middle of the screen, its so annoying and interferes with fights. The text update is fine.
Honesty is not insulting, stupidity is.

Nope. Love them. Keep them.
Please give an option to turn them off
1440×900 resolution and not once did it get in the way. An option to turn it off would great if it were just that: an option. I like to know if a camp or tower gets flipped so I know where the action is happening.
Would love the option to keep the msg in chat but turn off the popup. The popup wrecks my field of view. I consider it soft cc lol

Your resolution might have been the resolution that they had in mind, mine was not. I think mine is something like 1366×768 and it takes up 1/3 of my screen almost.

Yeah unfortunately I’m using a 42in plasma TV as my screen. Which I do like, but its a bit dated at this point. I’m spending all of my extra money building a race car right now so no more buying computer stuff until that is done lol.
