I see it’s no longer in the vendor
(and I realized it after I reach the level 14).
So.. how can I get it know? what need to do? I don’t understand
just playing all the timr in the WVW until i gain it? it could took me a year
im really confused.. /:

Did you check the vendor on ebg? I bought 2 of those gifts of battle yesterday so its still possible to get them with badges
