Guild Wars 2

Give characters under level 30 access to full action bar in WvW along side the current boost to level 80.

In Structure PvP players get boosted to 80 with all skills unlocked. I would like to suggest something similar for WvW, but while still letting us level up as normal and buy skills to be used in PvE.

You will use your auto attack skill only, and you will like it.

If they do this, then next people will ask for normalized gear in WvW too. If you want completely even matches, go do structured.

So you want an elite skill unlocked at lvl 4? How would you spent 30 points in it if you only had like 3?

Without traits you will still get flattened by other players who are 80.
