I’m getting auto attacked by a thief’s sword for 7k each hit and I have 1900 toughness.

Why hasn’t this been hotfixed?

Because this event is supposed to make the WvW playerbase quit….

Arenanet doesn’t work on the weekends, never notice they don’t respond much or do patches over the weekend? And well this is also the wvw forums, they don’t really read here either lol.

Yea, it’s annoying, when clicking through enemy players, then a lot have the golem buff without being in a golem. Some guilds systematicly abuse the bug and run around all with the buff and without golem.

I like the event but when it is in wvw or pvp, then such events a) should imho be tested before implementation and b) if there is a game-breaking bug like this one, it should be fixed fast. If you don’t want to work on bugfixing on weekends, then implement new patches on monday instead of friday. Thank you

They probably figure it’s easier for them not to waste dev time on fixing something that is only lasting a week. I think it’s ridiculous that this is still in the game, let alone this event to begin with. If it affected the TP at all it would have been fixed ASAP.

The event was enjoyable up until this morning when i ran into the for the first time.

It’s one thing to be out gunned, but this is ridiculous.

This needs to be patched, and if it’s not something super easy to do on accident there need to be bans, great sweeping swaths of bans.

well theres 2 other bugs that I know of, both related to golems. 1 is well known already and Ive seen few people using it. the other is something I just discovered, Ive reported it to anet.

logged into wvw today to see how bad things are with event and saw everyone using golem exploits wow epic failure on anet hope expansion is not as bad as this event ill wait to buy expansion and ask friends if its worth buying i suggest other ppl do the same

More and more players are running this golem buff exploit, it needs to be addressed ASAP, this is a joke already.

10K auto attacks is a bit ridiculous.

This needs to be fixed asap.

This is WvW we’re talking about. Privately reporting a bug is not going to get it fixed. It needs to be spread to such an extent that it becomes an embarrassment before a fix is considered.

Welp, can happen on accident, picked it up yesterday without ever touching a golem, had to relog to clear it. And since it can happen on accident that means it’s (imo) not bannable.
Desperately needs to be fixed though.
