Guild Wars 2

I find myself not wanting to come in the Guild Wars 2 Forums because all I see people just complaining about everything that does not help the Arenanet Dev’s out.

No wonder Arenanet Dev’s out do not visit the WvW forums.

Put yourselves Arenanet Dev’s in shoes for a bit and ask yourself about the content being posted here follow what is outlined in this thread https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/wuv/How-to-Give-Good-Feedback/first#post6564561

So lets do better and follow what they ask and give what really want to hear in the format that they want.

No, pointing out flaws (real or subjective) is not a problem, no need to give them what they “really want to hear”… also being civil is related to ones background, not everyone understands that being diplomatic, tactful & considerate leaves the door open for positive answers and reactions.

It’s not specific to these forums at all, the whole internet & “humanity” is mirrored here. Anet also need to read behind emotions and insults, when that is possible, because most things can be improved, including the ways feedback is given and received (or ignored).

Even if you’re polite and constructive, you still get ignored. I guess most people don’t see the point in making the effort. The forums have, unfortunately, become more of a place to vent than for constructive discussion.

I have, to date, not received a single reply to any thread asking them to clarify whether something is a feature or a bug. That’s sort of the baseline communication I hope for. I’ll keep on posting as if they care for as long as I can, then quit the forums until I can run the charade again.
