OP has a point, it would be nice to have a look at whats on the horizon for more guild vs guild sized conflicts. it was a large part of the original guild wars. I don’t know if i’d want a guild vs guild setting in structured or in a setting with pve characters (not boosted, equal). tough call

the server where you are is your GUILD

All the guilds of your world band together in forces, resources, and strategy – and go to war with the guilds of other worlds.

Although you can’t see individual player names, you can see guild names and see their banners.

Guild can lay claim to different objectives, flying their banner for all to see and staking their reputation on their subsequent ability to protect and upgrade said objective.

In short: say what?

A guild can claim camps, towers, ect. to buff and add the guild logo to the flags; but is there anyway for a random other person to find out the full name of guild that has claimed the location?

Not unless there’s a defender of said guild also stood around then so you can click on their name (at which point their guild name is under their health bar).

Otherwise it’s just the emblem you’re looking at.
