Yea was my first real night back raid leading since my little holiday learning in the higher tiers, the fights were a lot of fun and a real challenge. Hope to see you guys again durin this matchup!

Had a lot of fun on RoS BL tonight with Catinka leading.

Nice push out from Hills from RoS when we were coming up to the inner gate. Splat.

Highlight for me was probably the fight at Woodhaven when RoS came in behind us while we were taking the lord down. Revenge was had. There was a lot of kittentastic AoE on my screen

Won a few, lost a few, recorded a few. When I remembered to.

Storming good fun. Really enjoying the fights this week. Partly because I’m getting to actually join in and work not getting in the way

nice fights 2nite, nice to see positive chat instead of trolls/flames even tho my necro corpse is scattered over every bl again:)

Another fantastic night of WvW, points and coverage aside this is shaping up to be one of my favourite match-ups. If it wasn’t for our day players having such a lousy time i’d be happy for us to stay grouped for a long time.

The highlight of this evening for me was trying to ninja the inner north gate of ROS Bay whilst ROF and ROS duked it out all around us, we were found eventually but almost got in. After that our group of 10 got on to the inner wall and attacked ROF before trying (and failing) to make a heroic push in to the lords room. I’m not sure which one of you finally won but it was a kitten good fight.

Managed to get down hills while the bay mess was going on, not many defenders probably about equal to our own numbers, good lil scrap at the lord. Sadly our new acquisition didn’t last long before [NOM] came and pummeled us out of there. It’s always a bit daunting to look at the minimap and see a fight marker at the gate while you’re stood in the lord room :P

Had a few good fights this week, although my sleeping pattern has been screwing with me so I’ve missed quite a lot of the prime time.

first of all, i saw one of GH said that UW probably roflstomped surmia back to lower tiers. The answer to that is easy:’’ UW never roflstomped RoS on a fair way. The moment when we actually won soo bad from RoS that they dropped tiers was when was when 2 big WvW guilds of RoS decided to leave their server. Which basicly made UW have too many people i guess for RoS to properly match up against us on a fair way. I already told RoS that their persistence in active assaulting our keeps and keeping their border etc is respected throughout UW. I hope to meet u guys again:P

second GH. I do not know that much about you guys tbh. I did not have the honour to actually fight against u guys. Even though im still watching u guys. Im really wandering what happend that u dropped from FSP match-up to this match up? I hope aswell for you guys to come higher tiers. Too many german/FR servers up here. I really hope to get more EU servers here:P

To Dzagonur: Dz UW misses u! You guys were a german server that actually do wanna communicate with a match up thread and even post nice zerg/guild WvW videos. I really enjoyed fighting u guys since ur compact but strong in organization. I hope that u could switch with DL or so. They are soo many and horrible in communicating. I hope u could arrange something with Anet to get kittenwn.

For all: You guys are making me really excited to get in your match up. You guys seem to have a lot of nice intense fights here and still have fun. I would love if all u went higher tiers!

as for UW in quick: We are fighting these 2 german servers for 3 weeks already. DL and MS seem to exchange guilds or so, cuz everytime when kittenminates first days, MS is last. And when MS dominates , DL ends up last. also their numbers are more then UW for sure, but we seem to win somehow.

for smart people here , i have WvW question: How come in weekends germans start of very strong with a big load of people. Then during the week they seem to slack off, they are quiet from 8:00 am to like 16/17:00 PM and then hell breaks loose again, but at 23:00/00:00 we are winning again??? Please someone help me find answers why this is?

When I came walking in when you guys broke the inner there were only 3 already inside. After me only a few others came occasionally dripping in 1 by 1, but of course they came too late and very easy to pick off if we had all been inside hills from the start or at least from the inner siege we could’ve given you a proper fight instead of becoming instant loot bags :P We failed in communication and scouting there big time :d

I had 4 attacking the golem as I walked through the gate, while the rest manned ballista’s in the lord So certainly more than 3. Very split up though.

Your scouting had been good all night, we were surprised actually when we arrived and no one was there.

This past hour or so, inside SM was amazing, dat farming was awesome!

We at VcY, take this game very serious. As a good corporation we take working, or in other words WvW very seriously. That is why we require from all our workers to work atleast 18 hours/day. (It’s in the small lines in their contract) We did caught a few workers who did not reach this cap. They thought to fool our system. But we are a well structured company and such false play was easily detected. That is why we made them to run overtime. This could explain the higher than usual VcY numbers in WvW.

We are extremely sorry if we highered the work load for your companies. But you will surely realize that punishment was needed.

If you are that good put up with us during the day and try to beat us fair and square not like this. I think you can do better than that. I don’t represent anyone but myself. But i am consistently running around in WvW at hours like these…and i like to make use of what people call common sense.

So….how about instead of asking for RoS to do something about your lack of 24h coverage , you (the server) do something about it? We would all have a better gaming experience out of it and you wouldn’t have to use sub-par manipulation attempts

We won’t stop doing what we do…because you can’t deal with it. In fact you just gave us confirmation of its effectiveness, ergo an extra reason to keep the dawn (GMT) crews running.

You wouldn’t ask your forces to disband a zerg because you are stomping the opposition, so don’t expect your opposition to do any different. Common sense.

Maybe next time put ur alarm-clock on at 3:00 am GMT, only tactics that seem to work for all our opposite servers, because our nightcrew only exist of about maximum of 10-20 active WvWérs on all maps.

We cant help it we have a high population of abandoned accounts/pve dragons farmers.

Our surveillance teams have told us that GH have been pulling every one on a given map to one spot just to fight us. We sent a squad over to GH bl to see if this was true. I think we all know the answer to that. It also seemes like RoF did the same.

We are flattered that you feel the need to do this server wide event just for us. It shows us that we have made a positive impact on this match up. So in return we had a community event of our own in EB. I would like to thank RoF for constantly coming out to fight us while we were circling the outer wall of SM. And thank you to GH for being part of our EB farming event.

At the time we were in EB, the GH forces was split into 2/3 with our commander, and 1/3 being the PRXM raid (approximately), and we quite liked the challenges RoS server pulled against us under your command.

Unfortunately, EB is visited too little due to lag and que. Pesonally, I am hoping to visit you again soon!

I think we may have a video comming underway soon about the night in EB.

Aye, seeing the 9(or 10?) golems arrive at our keep in EB at 3am with that huge force to accompany was a bit of a ‘urgh, really?’ moment. Although most were dead before they reached the gate due to oil/cannons, only the omega lasted.

It seemed to be the last breath before the bulk of RoS logged off, as the GH corner/SM was recapped with the 4 people left online without encountering more than 1 defender. The upgrade damage will make this morning somewhat difficult though, seems that RoS are going for a morale attack this week.

So yesterday we tried to make it more attractive with our guild (eventually some other RoF joined in) to make some holes in you bay outer walls. It seriously would make it more attractive for tourists.

Unfortunately our tourist program not realy being accepted by the locals. We tried.

You best improve tourism on your map. Keep an eye out for the people in charge of your tourism department!

Thanks yea was a blast, we were roughly 20-25 i wish we could field 30+ lol. Didnt know VoTF had transferred as well. Was a fun fight at SM but i cant imagine you will find many guilds in these tiers that will challenge you.
