I had an encounter with an enemy player in wvw. After a short and lame fight I turned so they could rally cause I thought they wanted duels, cause they just stood and died ;-(

a second after I turn away they teleport away and looking on the mini map they are moving in downed state? Mesmer, this is so not warrior vengeance or ele mistform.

meh.. someone with a red tag is going to tell you to use the in game reporting feature.
And then nothing at all will ever get done about it.

The proper thing to do is indeed to report in game. They’ve said to report as botting. They have taken action on that, issue is they have to see what is going on, so it often gets missed.

Yep, exploits@arena.net. One issue though is that you were unable to get footage of using the block feature on the player in order to get his game id and then report as bot. So it may longer to to track down unless you can give some other information, like which map you were on and add on a timezone to the time displayed in your video.
