Hacks being ignored=customer loss
I agree with this. Its beginning to get to the point where upgrading keeps and towers are pointless if hackers are going to teleport themselves in and cap it.
But a handful of people complaining, won’t get attention. A large group of people will. Especially if it gets to the point that folks don’t want to WvW.

I have to agree. Things like zoom-hacking and endurance-hacking I’ve kind of just learned to deal with, but after spending a long time upgrading and defending keeps, it’s really frustrating to lose them before you even get time to react because they glitched into the lord’s room without drawing swords.
The best advice I can give until there is a fix is that if they have a guild tag, try to find their guild’s leader and let them know or tell someone else on the server. Most serious WvWers have no tolerance for things like hacking.

All players dislike hacking. The only exception are the hackers themselves. ;3

Just curious … which player complaints about WvW HAVEN’T been mostly ignored? How many times have you actually seen a WvW dev even acknowledge the complaints?
inb4 lordkrall, Vena, etc …. yeah, I know, the devs have been too busy the last year and a half fixing stuff and working on new stuff to spend time responding, right? lol …

Define hacker only if they made their own tool….
if a player buys a tool to cheat he is not a hacker.

You’re confusing a hacker with a programmer. The former has intent to break the system. I.E. cheat/against terms of service (tos). The latter buys a tool w/c is supported by the game itself or programs one himself but doesn’t go against the tos, then he’s not doing anything wrong.

the problem is there is no Report for Hacking option
so players report targets as Botters at the most wich gets canceled when they inspect and see that the reported player was actually behind his keyboard
