I think what should really be done is add more WvW maps and mix it some like give one Borderlands the Desert Map another the Alpine map and add a 3rd if not more to keep things interesting or hell maybe make another Eternal battleground like map to maybe spread players out some and who knows maybe it will solve the blob problem that people are getting worked up about, and have them rotate and reset after say a month or so to keep things fresh, just my thoughts on the matter.

it won’t solve the blob problem, since people enjoy steamrolling everything.
it will only lead to one or more maps being completely abandoned while the other 2 maps are blobfests.

also, there was a poll about exactly this question, which ended with not enough votes for different borderlands (people fear being in a disadvantageous position because of their home border rng choice), so the desert borders will stay in rotation quarterly.

I’m all for a third borderland map, whatever the reasoning – need more variety.

Don’t think it will matter much anymore.

These polls, ideas, red posts, etc are just near 4 years too late. Too many have left and too many players are getting frustrated moving onto other games. The twitch streams are dying and the youtube vids are getting rarer. The game is just slowly declining in quality of players and content.

Love this game, but that’s the point blank truth IMO.

That poll is null and void. They’re going to have another poll about it after the vote to keep/remove the DBL.
