yes i have tried relogging, switching maps for at least 10 times probably more, but still no chest for me. and yes i got the key, have it since beginning of the second week.

so sad no chest for me
at least anet should have said that its random if you get it or not…

I haven’t received mine yet either. Switched maps a few times too. Not sure what’s up.

You don’t need to zone into WvW to get it. Should be a little box at the lower right of your screen. Try logging in and out. If it doesn’t work, I think you’ll have to submit a support ticket.
