How About a Siege Bar?

I was thinking this would be a neat idea….stick it above the skill bar or something
no more opening inventory, clicking, closing inventory etc.

would be a nice commander tool or something similar, optional of course, to make it easier not to have to constantly open close inventory window each time

There should be an option for a 2nd bar for consumables (which should include siege.)
