So, a Commander on Borlis Pass has a spy on Anvil Rock, and most likely Sorrow’s Furnace too. Always nice when your commander icon is giving away your position and you then have to split up into two teams…a decoy team and a real team.

I suggest you leave your Commander icons off for now and limit map/team chat.

PS: Don’t ally with them, they double crossed us, go figure.

Not sure why this would be a surprise to you, almost the exact same tactic they used the last time we were matched against them.

Just wanted to post proof of it. They have more than one spy as well. Used myself as a decoy when I saw one log off, and they were waiting for us.

Btw Anvil Rock (or shall we say Fraggle Rock), you guys gang up with other servers to 2v1 another server all the time. So, if our server had a spy, you’ll just have to get used to it until you’re able to fend for yourselves in WvW.

Not saying that there wasn’t a spy because I have no idea what happened. But, you can (a) see whether a person is a commander when they’re targeted and (b) find out an opposing toon’s account name by selecting “report.” So, just because an opposing commander sent you a tell doesn’t mean he or she has a spy.

how is the score? sorrow’s furance sucks after they had their kitten kicked by us last last week, most of guilds in sorrow’s went to sor or jumpshipped…

Can’t really see the point in a spy. I’m in Borlis Pass and honestly I don’t understand how people can’t face roll the server. Most the people here are either PvE N00bs or worse headless chickens looking to make easy exp and Karma, put them against a half decent and we will always loose lol.

No, I really wasn’t going to take you seriously with a title like that. This kind of thing will keep happening until free transfers go away and even some after they do. No point complaining about it here on the forums.

Just remember you can talk to anyone in the game. Cross server contact is going to happen.

anyways, silvas doesn’t represent many people on BP. but this is a new angle to his tactics i have not seen before, i did not know he was aware of any tactics beyond turning on his tag and running at doors.

Our server played Borlis Pass last week. “They” hacked our orb twice. “They” also sent over people to spy on us. When I say “they” I’m talking about the acts of a few people on their server.

It’s unfortunate that BP has those types of players, but from what I hear, most servers do. For the most part I found Borlis Pass to honorable opponents and a fun challenge for us. Don’t let the actions of a few discredit an entire server population.

Send them back down to our tier next week. Let Kaineng and Devona’s Rest deal with them for you.

@iii I agree that if BR and AR worked together then this match will be very close, BP actively came out of the gate and only hit AR BL and the AR third of EB, and for the life of me, I do not understand why. Some BP players may deny that, but if you look at the screen I posted in the other thread, there really is no denying it. Same strategy put them in the basement tier last time, and looks to be doing that again. I’m just waiting for the posts that tell us we should be working together, but why if they cannot control their server enough to do that.

You mean how like you can only get something done with pure numbers? You mean that pro night capping against an under populated and PVE server? You mean like how green and blue are barely attacking each other and push red with zergs from both sides? Is that what you are referring to? Yea, you’re pro.

Considering it was our guild’s keep(and MY money invested in it), I don’t forget things easily. Others I cannot post due to showing account names(And that wouldn’t be right), but I can show more if needed.

The worst offense was when Borlis Pass conquered our entire Borderlands in 5 minutes flat once. No kidding. Someone found a way to take over points instantly. Guildie was upgrading Dreaming Bay when all of a sudden the lord decided to kill him.

More has happened, believe me. Instead of crumbling, we only grew stronger. Kaineng will prevail.

I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were being serious, but, like much of today’s youth, your brain just lacks the ability to operate properly while you’re on the internet.

Most players were probably expecting people to fight for their servers as opposed to abusing the transfer system to get on an opposing server and let your home server know what’s going on. I hope they take a look at people’s transfer history, compare it to the WvW matchups, and issue bans accordingly.

You do know that it isn’t just some conspiracy by the other two servers to beat you every time, right? I hate it when it happens to my server, but its just good strategy to take advantage of the other two servers fighting each other. It’s a really good time to try to take one of the their keeps.

the spies aren’t helping them much … so meh..

Bah, one of my guild members got onto another server’s Teamspeak server… that was funny.

@Crawford Your server claimed we did this the last match. If your server did not actively attack all the AR targets out of the gate and leave the green team alone, then maybe you wouldn’t be fighting on both front like we were at the start of the match. We didn’t team up against BP last time we faced you, nor did we this match. Now I am sure you are going to say, what? we didn’t do that, but look at the match up thread and the pic I posted after the first few hours, you have no ground to stand on.

You can’t hold an entire server responsible for the actions of one who could have just transferred here to do exactly this. I don’t know if said Orb hacking actually happened but if it did I am sorry for those it affected. None of the guilds on our server condone cheating.

This is getting stupid quite frankly and I am tired of hearing it. Blame Arenanet for not fixing it and the orb hackers for taking advantage of it, not entire servers.

Vabbi vs FoW vs RoS.
Vabbi is one of the server who does bug exploits or hackings en masse (don’t know which one it was but they got into our keep without any of the outer nor inner walls and gates being down, and no it wasn’t a mesmer because it was a first time penetration after reset).

They also have some people who will buy upgrades on our keep RIGHT when vabbi starts to siege it and we get left with no or every few supply and this has happened every time they took our keeps now…

spy? sounds like a diplomat. you guys need that right now…

Well, it would have been fine and dandy, but they double crossed us after a while of not attacking us, and working together with us at the keep and his group ganked us from behind. Acted like nothing happened too, so we went on a killing spree of all Borlis Pass Defenders…even had fun abusing their spies and calling out false targets, only to see them waiting there for my decoy group..despite the known spy logging off.

When they’re waiting on the walls at the exact gate you call in /team, before you get there, it reeks of more spies. So…..I’m keeping Commander icon off and not using map/team chat.
