Is there an email where screenshots can be sent?

2 players from obviously an opposite server just took our golems and destroyed them by jumping off cliffs.

how do you report this?

What if he was just testing how durable they are?
You don’t want to go out in a faulty golem.

So these players spent thousands of gems to transfer to your server? And then spent thousands to transfer back? All to destroy a few golems which will likely have no lasting impact on the week’s matchup which provides almost no reward for winning anyways? Sounds plausible.

Probably a couple of newbies who had no idea that jumping will damage a golem. Or even what golems are for.

We have seen this on NSP. Players will grab a golem, walk it off a cliff and kill it. Grab another, rinse repeat. We have had reports of people who have multiple accounts on other servers.

Best option is to take kitten and go to https://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/ask/
Give anet the screenshots, timestamp, and ever bit of information you can think of. Choose “Violation Report” and report them as griefers.

Its very doubtful that some one would transfer for griefing but a lot of people have 2 or 3 accounts that are on other servers. This way there main account would stay on the main server and the other accounts could be used with out being linked to the player. This is why when you hear about “spys” or WvW griefing its assumed its someone from another server because its easily done and buying a 2nd copy of GW2 isn’t that expensive.

As for rewards…what does a troll ever win really? Its there sick enjoyment of other peoples misfortune. They know that if they destroy 5 golems, that’s 500 supply wasted and upsets people for wasting there time.

its common trolling by your own folks.. they do it for the attention, dont give it to them and dont rage in /map or /team, that will only encourage them to find further ways to annoy you. i remember one guy on our server hiding them all over the place and we had to find them again >.< when we finally found them he suicided them over the cliffs. sure to get some lulz out of that but yeah its pretty miserable behaviour, there is better ways to troll.

Its important to /map /team them so that they get booted from Vent/TS and that guild not allowed to log anymore. Does not matter if they are local trolls or the enemy…the point was that Anet has no option to report someone for harassing behavior, probably because it would require manual input and harassment is a subjective thing.

Still &isses me off that Anet would indirectly condone this by not having a report option. You get actioned on the forums for posting a screenshot of someone exploiting or hacking and you can t report people like this in game. Its almost as if you were discouraged from stirring **** up.

Maybe it’s because they didn’t like that you exploited a bug which allowed you to duplicate thousands of golems, and that arena net didn’t ban anyone for it.
