Okay so I am not sure how the new glicko system works when sites like http://mos.millenium.org/matchups shows for EU matchups and their rating increase/decrease. There you can see that t2 matchup (rank 4 jade sea) has won 29 out of 32 skirmishes and is obviously smashing (rank 5 and 7) enemies there and has only +17 rating after this matchup, which is nowhere near t1.
And in t1, piken has lost 26 skirmishes and has 6 2nd places, so they obviously should fall from t1 quite hard, but they only have -27 effective rating. Which makes no sense
So considering the rating gain for jade sea and decrease for piken will slow down, it would take at least 4 weeks for jade sea to get to take pikens place
So how does the system work because the old one doesnt make any sense anymore?
