It’s a well kept secret Junky. All you need to do is complete every wvw achievement (using the old values) and you get an instantly soulbound precursor backpack.

In order to then craft the legendary, you need to gather enormous piles of pve related materials, many of which don’t drop at all, or only on failure, and all are gated behind meta events and other group pve content.

I mean, it is a legitimate complaint with the other two game modes having legendary back pieces now and not WvW.

But there is sPvP legendary back and PvE legandary back, so there must be WvW legendary too right?

there was a post about an overhaul coming to wvw which would bring a legendary backpiece but thats just a rumor and as of today no there isnt but having any amount of common sense would make you think wvw would have a legendary back piece of it’s own i know.

Great a legendary backpiece that you have to grind PvE content for weeks to complete. /s Just what I want./s

I am concerned that my proofs of heroic are soulbound to my guardian who i use for WVW and i will not be able to craft the item on my mesmer who has the appropriate crafting discipline. Also, does it require the gift of WVW map completion?
