Thank you for that. In that case, this nerf was definitely the base case we could have hoped for from a nerf.

-Increase cast time
-Cap number of condis to 5, and transferred duration to 10 seconds.
-Cannot target siege, pets, or minions.
-Cannot transfer fear or taunt.

The main goal of this nerf is make rev a harder epi target but still, you can boonstrip the rev and epi it later.

To be honest, the only other change they need to make is to make it so it doesn’t work on champion or legendary foes in WvW only. Keep lords are incredibly detrimental to the defending side, like cannons and oil were before the nerf.

A fair nerf is reducing the radius to 360 (the size of Meteor Shower) and reducing the range to 900. Not taking away everything that makes it a threat.

I would be happy if they capped the number of conditions it xfered preventing it from scaling to ridiculous levels like it does now and increasing its timer. As a parting gift, I would figure in a way so that Necros are more in combat agile. Give a little to get a little IMO.

So you wanna just ruin it in small scale? Epi 5 target skill and big fight there is always 5 target in that radius.
