Ok, so I am in the DB/SBI/SOR match up for the umpteenth time. DB runs all over everything because of their numbers.

When there is a huge imbalance all that needs to happen is the two smaller servers make an agreement with each other and the huge server that they will do 2 small vs 1 large server. Easy as punch.

As long as the majority agrees why not? I do not care about points, but it is the fighting. I would expect the majority of DB would rather enjoy the new hectic pace.

Only 1 important thing would have to be adhered to. If DB was going to take 1st spot, they they should be guaranteed 1st spot from the SBI and SOR.

Oh sweet! Another post from someone who believes they can “fix” WvW.

Please define imbalance, how would the servers agree? What if some people don’t like the idea of a double team? What if the two lower servers have guilds that want to fight each other? Would them fighting each other violate the “agreement”? etc. etc. etc.

Nothing to see here, move on.

A: Make people spread out evenly across all servers.
Q: How to accomplish this?
A: Simple, we don’t.

2v1 doesn’t make a matchup balanced, it makes the score more balanced. In turn the larger populated server will have lesser score then they should have due to the teaming up they had to endure. Ensuring that they will not gain the points they deserve, therefore staying in a tier that is in actuality too low for their population.

what if you just say “there is no 3rd place” and give out rewards based on 1st place and not 1st place?

The reward for placing first is fighting stronger worlds. You do get some items but they are not that important to players is about getting good fights in both open field and real ppt competition.

There may be no true way to fix the coverages problem its asking ppl to only play in one time zone comply time zone locking ppl into only NA only EU only PS etc.. you cant tell ppl to do that and there no real system that would even let you do that. The best thing you can do as a player is to take wvw one fight at a time and some what forget ppt over all.
