How to command ? (EOTM)
Commanding in EotM: Run clockwise around the map capping stuff until you get wiped by bigger ktrain. Waypoint. Repeat.

I ment stuff like rams trebs etc i know how to run around.
Make sure casters/LB rangers take out cannons and burning oil. Throw down at least 2 sup flame rams at gates – one on the left and one on the right – just outside of the gate frame. Tell people on rams to have ram mastery. If someone is defending and AC’s you, set up 2x sup cata outside AC range and cata door down.
When you flip obj, tell zerglings to “drain it.” They’ll take all the supply.
If you run into another zerg, try for the high ground. You can place open field siege (sup AC) without worrying about it in EotM. If someone whisper QQs you, just ignore it.
If a fight lasts for more than a few minutes or if people are downing all around you, break contact and WP back.
That should be it for EotM.
Oh yeah, don’t die before the majority of your group does. Despite what people say, thief has plenty of sustain; so just stay battlefield aware.

Go full defensive set with plenty of vit and armor, trait for defence. Don’t worry about damaging anything, the zerg can do that.
Bring plenty of siege- superior if you can (most comms won’t use it in EoTM, or won’t after they burn through 100+ in a session), and don’t be afraid to ask people to mail you their spare rams.
Eotm zergs put sieges front and never looking behind. Just push inside the enemy or behind, double dodge the aoe
Just the WvW

Normal commander:
Step 1: Join EotM guild and collect the huge zerg waiting for you at spawn
Step 2: Co-ordinate with the other colors as to when to take objectives
Step 3: buy regular siege (no need for superiors; you are safe)
Step 4: Profit knowing if you run into an enemy zerg, they won’t touch you.
Non Traditional Commander:
Step 1: Be in any other guild and wait while you amass a few players
Step 2: Try to take and defend objectives, and fight enemies (sup siege helps)
Step 3: Lose all your zerglings to another multi server instance
Step 4: Repeat steps 1 to 3 for three hours or until bored
Jaded response I know, but until they make eotm more than just a large karma train, as a commander there you are only a rally marker and a siege dispenser. Players come there to karma train and if you decide to do anything other than that you will lose most of your zerg quickly. I am not saying that some players don’t come there to fight others, but those are usually guild groups and they generally run tagless so as to not attract rally bots.
A theif, no WvW experience?
Not sure if trolling.
