Firstly, I know forum rules so it’s not topic about specific cause (tho it could be after this day…) or person/guild/server (if you are interested, you can find what server I’m on and what servers I fight and then start guessing).

Simple question: most hackers are invisible. How to report them?

At the moment I’m just sending tickets with time, place and description. It helped in past when there was invisible engi in our garri. But not sure now, as last time (before 15th, so no excuse with them being busy) I didn’t get any response, and I’m pretty sure I saw that cheater some time later (can’t confirm it was same one ofc).

Sorry for how fast this post is written. I’m kinda angry and disheartened after meeting 2 different cheaters in single day that destroy this really important WvW week for us :/

It seems there were 3 incidents today actually.

im from FSP and we are all aware of it – sadly, cant do anything about it. Right now, while raiding on GH bl, we abandoned idea of attacking garrison, when we got informed that its gates are magicaly destroyed. All we can do is report.

What fears me is that, due to releasing gw2 in china, we may have even more of those incidents.

I avoided posting who is it about to don’t make it another blaming topic :p I’m hoping to get Devs (or whoever is responsible for banhammer) attention and that requires this topic to not be deleted.

Would also love the devs to anwser this question.

Much thanks to FSP who didn’t take the GH garrison today even though the hackers destroyed both inner and outer gates. Shows that FSP supports fair play.

Considering this has been going for around 3-3 and a half months already and all the threads about it have been just miraculously vanishing as soon as a mod saw them says a lot… It basically says to me that the thing that is more likely to happen 1st is that these guys get bored and quit, than anet taking punitive action against them.

I know topics got closed. That’s the reason I’m trying to keep this one as a question about reporting. This topic is not about any specific cheater Contains no blaming, naming or shaming and simply asks for a best way to contact support if something like that happens.

Oh how I love these types of threads these days.

We can report to our hearts content (until we gather enough points which gets us permanently banned from the forums), but they simple will not do anything (else).

Got to love the wonderfull Anet forums so well moderated people won’t ever see the actual problems that are in the game. Just waiting for this topic to once again dissapear and have a proper thread on reddit.. Been months now since the initial hacking sightings, yet anet still hasn’t made an official response about our server or done anything about it.

It surely will disappear if it will be full of such posts guys :/

Is this different email than the one I get when I click support and ticket?

Terkov, the exploit mail gives it some extra priority and mails it to the people who can actually deal with exploits.
