Our T3 towers on SoS border got exploited into. There were no swords. No siege used to hit walls/doors. They both flipped at 7:45pm server timer. Wasnt able to get screen because I wasn’t physically there so no screen of the culprit or guild name. All I have is the approximate time. The towers were tier3 with no walls/doors down with no enemy siege left when we got there. So how can I submit a ticket to get this looked into leading to some kind of resolution. I heard from a gw2 player on maguma and he mentioned similar instances back in their matchup as well.

Unfortunately there is not much you can do except send exactly what you have posted to exploits@arena.net. I have sent that similar exploit with screen shots and a guild mate of mine has even submitted video and there still hasn’t been even the slightest response in months. Not to sound pessimistic but at this point all I’m hoping for is that it gets so out of hand or someone posts a video of them doing it and it causes a public outcry and ANet is forced to respond to it, just like the east keep exploit.

I had a viz thief def a player and not a mesmer clone the other week teleport onto the ramparts to kill all the defensive siege.

def feel that u need to fraps every thing you do these days just to ensure you get evidence as screesnhots don’t always show the full picture and are easily critizised lol

Good luck getting Anet to ban him. He’s been hacking and been reported for over a month, and like Guardian said, even submitted video evidence. Yet he still plays to this day. We know since we have a couple of people that friended him, and he gets on everyday.
