and why i am still not convinced A-net is reading tickets.

Dear Arena-Net Team!

My apologies in advance for not being very lenient about what i am going to tell:

Tickets which concern very many players should be handled within a week at most, according to customer support standard rules in almost any company.

I am from Vabbi, the smallest World in this game, and we have been fighting for the last two years to not get drowned.
We still are small, we may not be playing best, but we have been fighting and we have gained some ground.
If we lose, we lose.
But we want to be defeated fairly, at least without being cheated big style.

And this is, what has been happening the last few weeks.
Our community has been writing tickets – with no result.

So this is, what’s happening:

One player from underworld (i explicitely do not call him/her by name) is using hacks/cheats:
speed hack, auto revive hack, teleport hack, siege weapon hack, damage hack

Like this very morning:
5 People in Shandaran Bastion (Vabbi Hills),
outer gate down, inner being attacked by 2 golems, casnnons getting destroyed.
1 defender, Underworld Colonel, a thief.
He is using one cannon, we attack the cannon and he cannot take the heat – ok.
He jumps down, gets killed, yes: finished. 1 second or 2 later he is respawns right there.
the cannons start shooting, both of them, no one is manning those cannons. he is downing us, we up ourselves.
we kill him 2 more times, guard spawns while most of us four are downed.
he revives on the spot again.

before this we got him, when we took Vabbi garrison, he ported in, trying to revive the lord.
and after this, he tried two more times at garri to kill the lord.
he got killed and revived on the spot again.

It is annoying, yes – but this is not my point:
During the night he took, most likely alone, almost all towers and keeps, including stonemist all over all borders.

This is not fair, and i cannot imagine all those fair and proper Underworld players wanting to be teamed to such unfair behaviour.

This is killing the fun.
And A-net:
(1) has not managed to work on tickest several weeks old.
(2) does not register teleport hacks (could be automated)
(3) is not realizing how much this is detryoing the fun factor of WvW

Nice joke bro. Theres 1 troll in our server who has goten id say up to 500+ reports in WvW for simply trolling the living crap out of our server and saying very ridiclously offensive things that should be banable in every MMORPG. But yeah, anet doesnt care.

People are just amazed how he is still not banned for what he talks about and how he trolls us.

I even recall someone video taping him and anet just didnt do nothing about the recording. Its just sad.

People are just amazed how he is still not banned for what he talks about and how he trolls us.

I even recall someone video taping him and anet just didnt do nothing about the recording. Its just sad.

Did you even read the thread? If you are sending material and info to “exploits@arenanet.com”, you are doing it wrong. That’s the team that analyses the exploits and try to fix them, no actions are made besides that.

Use the report tool under botting or send a whisper to GM ProHeals with the necessary info. You may think it is a joke, but not just me but others can very well assure you that hackers are being dealt with, specially after the creation of cited thread.

He is giving you solid advice, maybe don’t be a kitten about it. The correct response is, ”I didn’t know that, thanks for the help. I can’t wait to give this a try.”

If you are observing wrongdoing while it is occurring, you can whisper the GM. They have said they will try to respond as soon as possible to try and catch it in action.

Report function does nothing, then why is it in the game :/

Wrong, the report function is exactly what you’re supposed to use. Did you even read the thread? It’s the exploits@arena.net email address that does nothing.

Do you even read? These people have been reported by an entire WvW server population and anet does NOTHING…..

Read the friggin post I linked. kitten . Did you read the entire GM thread? Did you read the entire other thread with Michael in it? Things can be done about it. I’ve seen it happen. We had a hacker on our server who made a bad name for us and we got rid of him within 3 weeks, and that was only after we found out how to do it thanks to that thread.

I read the thing. Hackers fine, but what about trolls, racists and stuff like that. They do nothing.
