So at least in my matchup all the supply depots that are in base of your own BL and are refilled by EotM results are all red so only the red server can actually use them.
Its red on my BL (I tried to interact but there is no option, its not just the colour) and same goes for the blue BL.
I know this wont get fixed in a while, its just for your entertainment.
