In game translation?

We are currently linked with a server that has a Spanish speaking guild. They will be saying something in map chat but it is in Spanish. I thought I saw something about an in game translator. Is there one and how do I use it? We are on an NA server.

I never heard of that. And if there was really one, it wouldn’t make sense for Anet to segregate EU servers by language (There are german, spanish and french servers) like they did.
