Invisible Cheater
Ty, there is the IP that everyone is claiming we need. There is another thread going. These guys were at it all day it seems.
I encountered this today while trying to farm my dailys, was Insta downed then stomped, (along with like 20 other people) they were completely invuln to all dmge and it my instance was a thief/engi duo, nothing showed in the combat log. Hope this gets sorted before I come back to game properly because it was rather game breaking.

This has been going on for well over a year. Anet’s response has been a deafening silence.

i post this 1 week ago, still no response, like msalakka say …is for a while now, anet staff is not competent to fix this or they don’t have interest since new patch come out, money are more important for them to sell you a buggy game and full with hack, sadly is that you cant see the hacker name or in logg combat who kill you, pretty sure that this will not be solved asap

Even if you do see the hackers name they won’t be banned. ANET simply does not care. You want to find hackers just look at people who have me on ignore. I see people I have identified regularly….They switch characters and I go to talk to them and its the same people with a different class. This was very obvious but there are many non-obvious cheats such as having skills cycles shortened…becoming invuln at 1 health. Having conditions drop off rapidly (yes I aware you can spec.). All of these subtle hacks go un-noticed by casual players. I’d bet a good portion of your top PVP people are doing this.
I can’t find any way for detecting this cheater since he’s invisible but i’ll put here the stream. This three video is self explanatory. This take place in 25 May 2015, 4:30 AM UTC on 206.127.159.169:0 ip address. Please arena.net find this cheater.

It seems that many are right, Anet simply does not care.
