Guild Wars 2

I was in WvW the other night and an SBI invader invited me to group. I went in and talked with him for a few minutes, then we fought 1v1. it was pretty cool, but my question is how can you invite someone from another server? I looked for his name and all I see is SBI Invader hits you for such and such..

Just click on them, go to your party window and invite : )

Targeting them and typing /invite or /join also works.

I hope Anet doesnt get the idea into their head to nerf this like they did the report function, there really is no reason to since the target player can just decline the invite.

I really enjoyed being able to send the occasional whisper of gg to a fallen enemy. I understand that Anet doesn’t want players to be harrassed from opposing servers but sometimes it’s fun to just say something like “Next time we meet up, I’ll be the one using the finisher.” I think as long as noone complains about it, they won’t nerf this aspect.

damn wish I had known about that last night. Had an amazing 1v1 with a warrior from SoR.
