Is it normal for a necromancer to Shadowstep like teleport indefinetly without cooldown or anything as well as gaining an infinite 100% movement speed(no boon icons or anythign displayed either) ?

Sounds pretty normal to me.

he wasnt even using any of the necromancer forms he was on his normal player form no boons or anything and he was in combat as a zerg hit him and he simply teleported to the lake north of briar and swoosh hyperspeed mode on not even with perma swiftness i caught on nor the other players.

I’ve seen similar things happen when somebody gets hit by a lag spike.

He sounds pretty awesome…

My necro can fly for a few seconds but always seems to end with me splatting on the ground.
