I’m curious.. with populations super spread out as it is, would separate servers be an answer?

Even population would take care of the most complained about issue (other than thieves) in this sub-forum. No more night-capping due to missing coverage, better match-ups of different servers because pop is even throughout and closer match-ups.

I would like to see a system where you can select your PvE world and your WvW world, but there are only 15 WvW Servers. PvE on TC, but WvW on JQ. Separate transfers for both.

Thoughts?

Why not just tranfer to JQ if you haven’t and just guest on TC when you want to pve ?

Because people like fighting for their community.

My suggestion was more for lowering the number of servers that participate in WvW. Having 24 servers has caused severe population imbalance, resulting in the lopsided match-ups and night capping issues we are all too familiar with, not to mention it’s the most complained about issue here.

- Is it? 5 blowouts out of 8 match-ups? (on both the EU & NA Side) How is that fine?

If there were fewer servers for WvW, the xx,xxx people who play would be better allocated to servers so they’d have more comparable coverage and force sizes. No more 15v80 because you just don’t have the population.

What if you had a guild for WvW and a guild for PvE? Can’t use the PvE boosts in WvW, not to mention the issues with guesting and guilds, it’s very buggy.
