Is the border jumping puzzle shut down on purpose?

It’s been about a week since the vault doors opened for me. Is this intentional or a bug? Did they shut it down because of the complaints about camping it?

This has been broken for a while, I’m hoping they fix it soon, since it’s one of the more satisfying jumping puzzles (Right after the glorious melee that is eternal battlegrounds puzzle).
