I was able to receive the buff from the dolyak statue on our Home BL spawn on one of my toons, but I cannot receive it on any others. Anyone else have this problem? The toon I claimed it on I rarely play too so the buff is somewhat useless on the character that has it.

Its not bugged. One time buff means only one character is allowed to have the buff.
