There’s a commander currently on Darkhaven who is in a guild from another server, and has been helping them by listening in on the Map chat and relaying crucial information to his guild on the enemy server. It’s unsportsmanlike behavior that ruins the experience for some players. Can this be reported?

It’s part of the game, espionage, just as it’s an important part of warfare in the world. I doubt it’s an offence you can report on.

Not everyone with ties to other servers is actively spying. Some people simply enjoy getting a chance to meet new people and a chance to square off against their guildmates in combat without the kitten set of stat choices in PvP.

more than likely it’s going to be very hard to prove those allegations. we have one in our server but we absolutely have no idea how to solidly prove what he’s doing in such a way that would suffice a report.

Some people take the game too seriously, just think what their lives must be like…. And then laugh.

It’s a game, a war game and espionage is within the rules, it’s not against the rules anyway.

That’s a point I agree with.

Dorian, is the person from NSP? If so please PM me their name so I can get them pointed out to the server. I know a lot of our guilds would shun this tactic, and I want to make sure we’re not unknowingly taking advantage of this info by following a commander who is being fed any info this way.

If it’s someone from FC I’m sorry to hear it, we’ve had a few people who are known from other servers that throw troll siege and waste supply on us, it stinks and I empathise with you in either case. If there is something I can do I will.
